New here, I retired in '97 had my own TV Repair\Radio Shack store, and up to that time, never had a flat screen to repair.
Bought this 42 in Sanyo about six years ago, and recently it developed a problem, it would go dead, no pix, sound, or green pilot light, fix for a few months was unplug power for a few min, replug.
Couple weeks ago, I remembered a variable voltage Isolation transformer I used in the shop, measured the line voltage, and found it to be about 127 VAC , Set the isolated voltage to 116, and plugged in the Sanyo, no problem since. |
