we have 2 of these sets. they have both had PS issues in the past that have been repaired by replacing the 5wt zener in the 5v stand by.
I swapped the supply and that fixed the bum one. Now I have a dead PS board.
The zener tests ok IN circuit.

There is a Sharp 3 piece parts kit for this specific supply that is sold, but no where can I find what the other components are in the package. I'd prefer to test them before I bother.

Anyone know what other issues might kill this PS board?
Electrolytics all appear to be good. There is no sign of bulging components that I see.

I hate to toss it for as little as we use this TV if I can get the PS repaired. But I won't buy another PS. Not worth it with the price of TVs.

the 5v bu (stnd by) is good

on page 6-10 of the service manual there is a legend for flashing LED service.

The green stand-by LED is off for a sec on for 5 secs.
That is not in the table.
