I need a PWB board for my Slimcam. The board is DUNTK3969HE00. It is apparently a unique board, fitting this camera only. The camera sat for 15 years unused. It worked fine when put away, but not now. All motor functions work, but no image recording, or playback, but I have sound. Viewfinder is blank. I had the Slimcam to a Sharp repair center. They said this board was bad, as the capacitors had leaked out all over the board. Unless they cleaned it up, it looked fine to me. They said their supply chain (Encompass) didn't have one, and returned the camera to me. Ironicly, I saw another identical camera on Ebay, for $25 and bought it for parts. The seller said the only thing wrong, was that they couldn't get the tape out. I got the tape out (their battery was dead). I powered up the camera, and it had the same problem as my original. It must of sat for a while also.
Where is a good source for NOS, or otherwise obsolete Sharp electronic boards? Where do you guys go. I filed several RFQ's from several vendors, but they never respond, while others wanted huge minimum purchases, and didn't even want to look for the board.
