Sony 32" LCD model KDL-32EX301

Its now displaying a transparent horizontal bar across the bottom 25% of the screen. When first turned on it looks like a window screen is over the image then as you watch tv colors appear inside this area. Doesn't matter what input source, its always there.

Sorry about the glare but these pictures show the issue.

Tcon or tab(s) inside the panel (screen).

Tcon: May be available to purchase and try.
Panel: Good luck finding to purchase and try.
