When I press on/off switch, I can here click click sound (low pitch sound)for 7 seconds before it fades away. Checked the fuse is ok and visual checking on pcb board is alright. Any suggestions? Thanks.

I think you'd better check that model number again.

Don't mean to butt in but I believe you are in southeast asia. We would need a chassis number to possibly cross to something similar. Sony does not provide Literature to their Warranty Stations for Overseas Models.
What is your Line Voltage there??
What is you Brodcast System?? It will be either NTSC/PAL or SECAM!!
