I have a Zenith VRS427HF VCR that has a gear stripped of 3 teeth on the loader mechanism. The VCR works fine except for the loader. It's a double stacked idler gear. I have the technical manual with exploded views, but it gives no part replacement numbers. The VCR is made for Zenith by JVC. I know the electronics companies do not make their gears. Where is a good source for replacement gears that I could try looking. The outer ring has 30 teeth and is .750 diameter. The inner ring has 24 teeth and .610 diameter. The shaft hole is .120. I have a picture, but I don't see any provision to post it.

I found the gear I needed. It Cost a dollar. The VCR is now repaired and working. This model VCR, was made by Goldstar for Zenith. Goldstar is now LG. The part is listed in the LG parts inventory, but a special order.
