Hello!

I've been searching around for a very good while now about my problem. around like >7hrs and not found a single answer so I came here in hope to find one!

TV: 32" Thomson Intuiva (32LB130S5)

Problem: There is a RED P displaying in the lower left corner. I just can't find the way to get rid of it.

Other info: I've found one forum where a guy had the same problem as I had but the forum is written in German which I've got kind of hard to understand well. But I used google translate and got something that might look like an answer but I can't understand that English to 100% though since google is translating each word separate. The only thing I know is that it's called something like "Production mode" and now I need your help to solve this case.

I've tried using: standby, and then push volume down and PR down to come into the service mode to confront this problem.

I'm very grateful for all kind of answers!

As a desperate try to find the solution I researched the manual once again! Before I'd just been jumping over the posibility that it would be something with the password to do, but it was, and as one of my tries it worked with simply place the tv in standby and then push volume down (on the TV) while pushing EXIT (on the remote) at the same time, until the TV started.

i have a problem with the same model,i got rid of the P with your method , but.....i have another problem

i've inserted a USB stick , and i just can't exit from that thomson menu anymore , i-ve tried connecting it as a monitor , at a satellite receiver , and nothing , i do have to say that i do not have the riginal remote , can you tell me what to do....please help!!
