I have a toshiba 42wh18p, it keeps wrecking these 2 transistors: b1016 and d1407.

Any idea what is wrong with it?

Q717 23205109 TRANSISTOR, NPN VCBO=100V KTC2028-Y

Q718 23205107 TRANSISTOR, PNP VCBO=-100V KTA1049-Y

Wrong transistors, bad drive, bad bias, wrong VCC, bad convergence yoke
