I have a Toshiba that just gives a clicking sound when plugged in. No picture and nothing else. I got it from a friend that had replaced the power board and the main board but finally gave up. Anybody have an idea of what it could be. I haven't opened it up... He also gave me the old power board and main board that he swapped out.
