Looks fine for about 5 minutes then goes. 1/3 bottom of screen turns into small squares light green and mostly clear. Looks like picture is fine behind the squares but still get annoying.
1st thought it was bulb but doubtful of it. I have opened back and looked for loose connectors but no luck. Seems like a problem with something which heats up and begins to fail.
Any ideas and your help is appreciated. |

::Oh Sob::
Digital tiling is usually a signal issue. One question, does it do in an all inputs??? :SOBBBB::: If you are using HDMI, try using the component input with cable. Or try using a DVD in component or composite inputs to see if the tiling goes away. :CRY, SOB:: If it goes away take your cable box to the cable company and exchange it for a new one. (I am assuming you have cable.) : SOB:
Hope this helps :Sob Sob:

Jesse....
I have tried changing the inputs and even does it with the DVD connected to it. So that rules out the cable box doesn't it?
Any other ideas will be greatly appreciated.
Thanxs for your responses... LOL |

Have tried reconnecting the lvds cable and it still developed a blue tint on bottom of screen (about 3-4 inches high on bottom). Not as bad as before, it took about 20 minutes before blue tint came up, I hooked up a DVD player to it and tried, although it is in my garage now and the temp in there is about 50-55 degrees. (possibe that has effect on it?)
On screens with prediominately red pictures...(spiderman video)..you can still see the red squares throughtout 3/4 of screen.
Any other ideas ? Thanks again. |

Blue tint on bottom of screen? Then red squared on 3/4 screen??
Since it take about 5 minutes before failure I think the next step is to post some pictures and next, do the squares move??

Squares do not move. It just seems as if they stack upwards and downwards ...like tetris except all squares.
I will take pictures and upload. |
