Hi all

I am a complete newbie with tvs but I would like to learn about fixing them.
This guy gave me a Toshiba 57H81 he says It took to long to warm up.
So I plug it in and the screen is flickery and jumping all around so I tried different in inputs all the same. But after about 15 minutes it was better but not good enough to watch

Any ideas

If it looks like this, do research on hyper board, surface mount capacitors need changing. Yes, I know model number doesn't match yours, but the two are similar enough.

Thanks for the link I forgot to say that the menu if you bring it up in the tv is just fine looking but any input looks just as it looked in the video
