My TV has white horizontal lines covering the top third of the screen. The lines are most noticeable when the screen has a light background color. I have researched this and most things we found said it was a capacitor in the vertical hold circuit. Can anybody confirm this and if so how do we find out which capacitor needs to be replaced. Replace C308.

Replacing C308 did not fix the problem. Anybody have any other ideas.
