Old CK924C toshiba , chassis tac8425 , has no vertical .

I've change the vertical IC AN5515 but still no go.
Found resistor open , 6.8 ohm , been changed , still no vertical.
I don't have a schem.

Also found R421 measuring many megohms , it shows a fuseable resistor on pcb. cannot idientify the value (burnt).

Any hints ?
Tv came in for rolling pic... But I have no vert now.
