I have a Toshiba TV model CF36H50. The Vertical hold went out. First the picture shrunk and then expanded when warmed up. Now I just get a straight line in the middle of the TV. I had it on for a hour no change. I also shut it off for a day and same result. Is this something that I can replace a fuse or anything? If so what parts?

Is this something person can fix themselves? Replace or solder in a new fuse or circuit? If so what part numbers to order.

If you insist on playing it for hours, I hope you've turned the brightness down so you don't "burn" a line into the Tube!

Now is most likely Vertical Output I.C. AND one or more electrolytics. If you would have addressed the problem earlier, only lytics would have had to be changed. May or may not have taken out the B-Plus to the I.C.
