I have a Visco VSC-37V1 (SN 74437101706) that will not start. It was initally totally dead. I replaced a blown fuse and installed a re-built power supply. (PN 860-AZ0-GF371H)
Now the red light comes on, but it will not turn on using the front panel switch. The light changes to blue if the remote is used.
However that is the end of the progress. No screen lights, etc. Can not turn off using the remote, etc.
I am assuming the next step is a repair of the Main Brd (PN 899-KE0-GF371XAH).
First Question: Is this a correct assumption or should I look somewhere else first?
Second Question: Does any one have experience with the failure mode of the Main Brd and the likely repair required?
Third Question: Any other suggestions?
Thanks! |
