I have a 42 inch Vizio LCD VW42LHDTV10A just 2 weeks over the factory warranty. A couple days ago upon turning it on the the morning, when it was fine the night before, the tv screen will flash like a strobe light and has a strange noise to it. The picture is visible but nearly unwatchable while its flashing. After a while it will go away and play normally. What can be causing this and is it something my electrician husband can fix at home? Any ideas you have would be appreciated.
