Have this viz giving me a problem, the standby logo/light comes on amber as normal, but neither remote nor power button will turn it on. only thing I tested was output voltages of PS board, all checks ok, but I have No 12 volt outputs
Is this something common?? PS# 0500-0412-0750

If no ON/OFF pin toggle when POWER is pressed, Bad Main board (Defective U18 EEPROM possibly).
